As a mom navigating the beautiful chaos of parenthood, I started this site to share what I’ve learned along the way. I believe parenting doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be real. My goal is to give you practical, actionable resources that fit into your actual life, not an idealized version of it.

When I’m not writing, you’ll find me sneaking in five-minute meditations between school runs, journaling at naptime, and reminding other moms that they deserve rest too.
